Silver Fish and prawn scampi

Did you know... it is rich in iodine and regulates our energy level and cholesterol.

Ingredients (2 people):

250g Silver fish.
250g peeled prawns.
2 Cayenne peppers.
2 garlic sliced.
Olive oil.

Cooking:

1 In a casserole, put oil in abundance.

2 Laminate the garlics and warm them up in olive oil.

3 When garlic gets toasted, cast cayenne into casserole.

4 Meanwhile we have salted prawns and silver fish.

5 When put cayenne, we put the fish too.

6 Let cook for about 5 minutes over high heat.
   When turn off heat, hold in the pot for finishing baking.
