Redfish soup "Emblanco"

Did you know... redfish is considered a good source of protein of high biological value, and has different B vitamins and minerals such as phosphorus, potassium and magnesium.

Ingredients:

1 large onion
1 pepper
2 o 3 cloves of peeled garlic
1 medium potato per person
1/2 of redfish
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Parsley

Cooking:

1 Clean the fish, chop and reserve for later.

2 Put water to boil in a pot with the onion, garlic, pepper,
   salt and parsley. We boilt it up about 10 minutes.

3 Add a little oil and fish we had reserved.

4 As we continue boiling, let peeling some potatoes into thin
   slices.

5 After a few minutes of boiling fish, we will add the
   potatoes and cook until the potatoes are noted.

6 Crumble fish and serve hot, with a squeeze of lemon to
   flavor.

We can add some clams at time to potato if we desire.
