John Dory with potatoes

Did you know... the John Dory is a white fish of very low-fat, protein and contains brings B3, B6 and B9.

Ingredients, for 4 people:

300 grams of fillet of John Dory.
600 grams of potatoes.
50 ml extra virgin olive oil.
2 cloves of garlic.
Half an onion.
Salt
Food coloring.
1 bay leaf.
Pepper.
Nutmeg.
10 ml lemon juice squeezed.

Cooking:

1 Put the olive oil in a flat, wide saucepan over medium heat
   and add the garlic cloves cut into thick slices.

2 When the garlic begin to turn golden, add the chopped
   onion.

3 Sauté a few minutes until onion is transparent go back.

4 Peel the potatoes, wash them well and cut breaking them
   irregularly, about 3 cm in length. Thus, a greater amount
   of starch will be thicker sauce and appetizing is released.

5 Increased the heat and add the potatoes, bay leaf,
   coloring, salt and pepper to taste. We also add a little
   grated nutmeg.

6 Stir well, cover with water and bring to boil. We left half
   an hour with the lid on simmering.

7 We put finally rooster fillets on potatoes, we add the
   lemon juice and leave over 10 minutes with the lid on
   without raising the fire.

8 If we see that it has been soggy, we reduce a little sauce
   over low heat.
