Shrimp tail on two sauces

Did you know... surimi, in whatever form, is a food that helps us maintain our weight, helps slow digestion, it is good to regulate cholesterol and to lower blood pressure problems.

Ingredients, as an appetizer for 6/8 people:

300 gramos of shrimp tail.
1 zucchini.
1 spring onion.
1 carrot.
1 red pepper.
1 cucumber.
Olive oil.
Salt & black pepper.
Balsamic vinegar.
Cider vinegar.
Mayonnaise.
Sweet paprika.

Cooking:

Vinaigrette

1 Finely chop zucchini, onion, carrot, red pepper and
   cucumber and put everything in a bowl.

2 We added 3 parts oil and cider vinegar and a few drops
   of balsamic vinegar. We want the vinaigrette take a little
   color, but that it is not dark.

Paprika sauce

1 In another bowl mix a couple of tablespoons of
   mayonnaise with a dash of olive oil and a pinch of paprika.

2 Mix well and ready to serve.
