Surimi salad

Did you know... surimi is rich in protein and carbohydrates, this makes it satisfying and not a fattening food. It also help, with their protein, to lighten digestion.

Ingredients (4 people):

200g canned tuna.
100g Crab sticks (surimi).
2 carrots.
4/5 palm heart.
3/4 fresh pineapple slices.
Cocktail sauce.

Cooking:

1 Drain tuna and threw it in a bowl.

2 Crumble surimi sticks into strips.

3 Grate carrots

4 Add the palm heart and pineapple cutted into medium
   pieces.

5 Add some cocktail sauce and mix.

6 Finally, make dish and serve covered with sauce or
   decorated with some grated egg.
